When the user clicked on his mouse in order to create a new task in the Schedule Panel, an input bar comes up in the Schedule which allows the user to enter the name of the task. When the user would log out from Skoach™, while having been logged in via the more secure https URL scheme, then - when logging in again - he would automatically be logged in with the http URL scheme, rather than https. This has been fixed, so that https users will default again to https upon login.

An ability to modify an entire recurrency series (i.e. not merely a single iteration) in the Schedule Panel. Just right-click on any currently scheduled task and select the "Edit recurrence" option. Similarly, you can select the "Edit recurrence" option when you right-click on a recurrent task in the Task Map, as well.
-
The logic underlying recurring task has also been changed. Before, in order to make a task recurring, one has to first make it fixed. Now, the user can make any leaf task - fixed or non-fixed - recurring, and Skoach™ will automatically make it fixed, as well. Hopefully, users will find this modification more intuitive than previously.

The New version of the Outlook add-in has been released. You can access it here! Here is a list of improvements that we have made to our previous version of the add-in:
- The end date on recurring task did not transfer in the previous version. This has been fixed.
- Some start/end times would come over as xx:01 or xx:31 instead of xx:00 or xx:30. This has been fixed.
- Each sync attempt would create duplicates in Outlook and Skoach. This is probably fixed, though we have not been able to reproduce this issue exactly. Please report if this happens.
- Support for the Monthly recurrence type has been added.
-
The provider Virgin Mobil was added to the list of providers which can receive Skoach SMS notifications. The request for Virgin Mobil was brought up on the forum.
-
When a new task is created, its own task properties panel will now be shown, rather than the task that had previously been selected on the task map.
-
When the advanced search panel is set to filter by a particular tag, newly created top-level tasks will also automatically have that tag. NOTE: Child tasks will continue to inherit their parent's tags.
-
The interface of the schedule panel has slightly been changed when creating new tasks, so that the task name can be inputted right into the task box.
-
There was a bug on the reminders panel that when a task would play through its entire duration and the panel asked if the user wants to finish the task now or later. When the user would select 'now', but instead of shifting the next scheduled task downward, the currently playing task would be moved to a space later in the day. This has since been fixed, and the next scheduled non-fixed task is moved downward. This bug was brought up on the forum.

-
There was a bug that had previously occurred on the Time Map: when changing the name or color on the time categories menu, the Time Map would get updated with the correct name and/or color only when F5 was pressed or when the user would relogin. This has been fixed, and now the Time Map automatically updates with the correct information.
-
A new font style is being used on the web site.
-
The property "Auto-Schedule tasks w/o Mapped Time Category" has been added to the user preferences. This property allows the user to control the scheduling of tasks that do not have a time category, or whose time category has not been applied to any time blocks. The following options are given to handle these tasks:
- "Never" - this option unschedules the above mentioned tasks even if they had already been scheduled.
- "Always" - this option schedules these tasks in other time categories.
- "Ask me" - this option will ask you how to proceed when encountering such a task in the future.
- When this happens, you will also have the opportunity to press "remember my decision," so that future instances of these tasks will be treated similarly.

There was a bug in the new Quick Learn Skoach™ Basics guide which caused the "Next" button to be grayed out when tasks that had been previously created on the tutorial were deleted. This bug is now fixed.
-
The tutorial used to say, "enter four more tasks," followed by the instruction to "click on one of the tasks you just entered." This instruction was confusing because the tutorial actually expected the user to click on the last task he had created. Failure to click on the last task would prevent the user from going on to the next page of the tutorial. The instructions now say, "click on this task you've entered to open the Task Details window," with an arrow pointing to the last task. This was brought up on the forum.

The recent improvement causes the Print link to be clearly seen, no matter what other text or illustration is underneath. This issue was reported on the forum.
-

-

-
There was bug that occurred when the task properties panel was minimized and a different task was selected. If this newly selected task was near the bottom of the task tree, it would be hidden by the maximized task details window. This bug is now fixed.
-
Since it is easy to inadvertently unschedule a scheduled task by adding a child task in the task panel, a pop-up was added, which says "You are about to add a child to the scheduled task X. As a result, this task will become unscheduled. Proceed anyway?" This was suggested by a user on the forum.
-

Task dependencies are temporarily disabled. There will no longer be the option for task dependencies on the Advanced tab of the Task Details window. In the future, we plan to put them back and have them be supported by the Scheduler.

-
The user can now turn on/off internal reminders that pop up in the reminders window. Just go to User Preferences and either check/uncheck "Notify in reminders panel." Similarly, the "Notify about" reminder drop-down settings also effect the type of reminders will pop up in this reminders window.
-
Previously, when the user would play a task late, then all of his tasks would automatically shift downward in order to accommodate the time change. Now, if the user click play on a task not more than 10 minutes late, then the task duration will automatically be shortened - the top edge of the scheduled task would move downward, but the bottom edge would remain in the same place.
